KCER Summit - April 8, 2009

On behalf of the Kidney Community Emergency Response (KCER) Coalition, we are very pleased to invite you to the 2009 KCER Summit. This annual coalition meeting will feature speakers on disaster preparedness and response in the kidney community, as well as recent and future Coalition activities. There is no registration fee.

This meeting is held in conjunction with the CMS/ESRD Network meeting, however, you must register separately. Please complete the REGISTRATION FORM and fax, email, or mail it back to us. Please contact us with any questions. We look forward to seeing you in Baltimore!

The Kidney Community Emergency Response (KCER) Coalition wishes to thank the 120+ registered participants at the 2008 KCER Summit Meeting. These dedicated members of the kidney community continue to make a difference in the lives of kidney patients across the nation.
